How to: Import Excel data as a worksheet into Word.
Solution:
Copy Excel data using the 'Copy' command and paste into a Word document using the 'Paste Special...' command.
1) Copy Excel data.
a) Select the Excel data that is to be imported into the Word document.
b) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
2) Switch to Word.
3) Open the desired document.
4) Position the insertion point where the worksheet is to placed.
5) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste Special...'. (The Paste Special dialog box appears.)
6) Select the 'Paste Link' radio button.

7) Select 'Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object' from the 'As' list box.
8) Click 'OK'. (The worksheet data appears.)
9) (Optional) Double-click to edit the worksheet object.
NOTE: By choosing the 'Paste Link' option, the worksheet becomes a LINKED object. Any changes made to the worksheet in Excel will be AUTOMATICALLY updated in the Word document. The worksheet can be edited either by double-clicking on the worksheet object in Word (which will load the original worksheet into Excel) or by directly editing the worksheet in Excel.
